We offer quick and easy ways so you can settle any outstanding balance with CSP.
Payment for Self-Pay Consultations:
To secure and confirm your self-pay consultation, full payment is required before your appointment.

Pay Over the Phone:
For a quick and direct way to pay, you can call your consultant's PA, or contact our team directly at +44 (0)208 185 0815 to settle your balance over the phone.

Paying Your Invoice via the Patient Portal:
If you haven't settled an invoice during your initial phone call, you can easily find it in your secure Touchpoints.health patient portal. Each invoice within the portal includes a secure link to pay online via Elavon.

For new patients: You'll receive an email from Touchpoints.health with instructions to set up your patient portal and access your invoice.

For existing portal users: When a new invoice is uploaded, you'll receive an email notification from Touchpoints.health stating you have a new message, along with a link to log in.

Bank Transfer:
For bank transfers, our bank details are provided at the bottom of your invoice; please use the reference number from the invoice when sending a BACS payment. Our team will email you a confirmation of payment and receipt for BACS transactions.

Confirmation:
After any successful payment, you will always receive a confirmation email with your proof of payment.
