At Chelsea Surgical Partners, we understand that navigating healthcare can be complex. That's why we use Touchpoints.health to provide you with a central, secure place to access all your relevant details whenever you need them.

Through your Touchpoints.health portal, you can:

View Appointment Details: Easily see the dates, times, and locations of your upcoming and past consultations.
Access Invoices: Find all your invoices in one place. Each invoice contains a secure link to pay online via Elavon.
Review Correspondence: Access important letters and documents from your consultant and Chelsea Surgical Partners.

HOW TO ACCESS

For New Patients: After booking your first appointment, you'll receive an email from Touchpoints.health with instructions on how to set up your secure patient portal and access your initial invoice.

For Existing Users: Whenever new information, like an invoice or message, is uploaded to your portal, you'll receive an email notification from Touchpoints.health stating you have a "new message," along with a direct link to log in.
